Text:- I Corinthians 1: 26 – 31
Introduction.
On the 7th of August, 2020, God sat me down, he talked to me, He said – He (God) chooses the foolish, weak and lowly so that the worldly wise, the worldly mighty people and the worldly people of the high class in our societies humble themselves.

The Herdsmen (like Fulanis) were Chosen by God as Evangelists
God reminded us that He was the one who chosen the herdsmen to evangelise the Christ Saviour’s birth (Luke 2: 8 – 20). God saw King Herod (the mighty and famous king of the period), God ignored and denied him of this assignment. It’s a pity.
Now be informed that there is no one on earth that can cannot be chosen by God to work as a Propagator of Jesus Christ gospel. So, it is our assignments as Christians to reach the people (even the Fulanis) with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ on earth, teaching them (the Fulanis and other tribes that had never heard about the gospel) the way of the Lord and handle over the remaining work in their lives unto God. He would take the next steps for perfection.

The Magi were also Chosen as Jesus Christ Birth Proclaimer (Matthew 2: 1 – 6).
Magi (the Wise-men) were the first set of people that were aware of the birth of Jesus Christ in Eastern part of the world on the day Jesus Christ was born. Being the astrologist, the biggest and brightest star that appeared on the birthday of Jesus Christ made them understood that the SUPREME IMPERIAL ROYAL MAJESTY was born.
Though, some scholars identify these Magi as gentiles because the astrological work is known with the Babylonians (you all should remember that the Babylonians are the idol worshipers). And again other set of scholars says that the Magi were the Jews that had learnt and skillful in the work of astrology during the period they were in exile at babylon. Well, whether they were Jews or gentile what we know about them is that God as vessels unto honor, god meet them to pass across the good news of the birth of Jesus Christ in Judea. The magic reached King Herod of Judea with gospel including Chiefs in Judea palace, and the teachers of the law in Judea were also informed of the birth of Jesus Christ through the Magi.

Both Fishermen and Tax Collectors served as Gospel Propagators
Jesus chosen the fishermen (Luke 5: 8 – 11), tax collectors ( Luke 5: 27 – 28) and other less-privileged people (Luke 6: 12 – 16) to be His disciples. Jesus saw many Well-Educated-Personnel of the public services, He ignored them, He did not call them to be trained as His disciples for their proudness (to you the officers in public services whom Jesus Christ Called today, I congratulate you for the mercy of God which you received to be an instrument of God. You received uncommon mercy.

Promulgation of Jesus Christ’s Birth is Christians Task.
You all Christians, it is your turn now and today. You are now and today chosen Disciples and Apostles of Jesus Christ. As The Apostles of Jesus Christ, you are to go out to let the people be aware of the birth of Jesus Christ and the importance of the birth of Jesus Christ, be understood that you are christened to Christen another persons.
God assigned the work of the gospel propagation to anyone he wishes regardless of tribes, with no consideration of languages and education qualifications, it has become our duty as Christians to reach all tribes and languages with gospel and to preach Christ in the hearing of both literates and illiterates for edification of his church and his kingdom.

Conclusion.
Hun! Who am I and are you! God chooses not the riches of our time, He did not choose the wise of the world but He (God) chooses me and you (the poor, the foolish of this world, He (God) chooses me and you the less privileged ones to spread the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, Haa! All I and you need is thanks-giving unto God Almighty and Christ Jesus His begotten son.
