Dear People of God,
AWARENESS, LECTURES, SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS ON POLITICS FOR GODLY GOVERNANCE IN THE COUNTRY – BIBLICAL LENS.
Greetings to you in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ.
As we all knew that the Christian bodies has been struggling since decades ago, agitating for
good governance, and have been praying to God for Christ’s kingdom of peace to be established
here on earth as it is in heaven. The Spirit of God revealed to me that God has heard our prayers concerning the establishment of good governance in our nation but before our desire could be achieved, God has some instructions to pass to us which would serve as guidelines towards the achievement of good governance and peaceful nation.
Therefore, the Lord God has called and commissioned me for the awareness on:
i. The interest of God in politics for peaceful nation.
ii. The Christians’ roles in politics for peaceful nation.
iii. The importance of Christians’ participation in politics.
iv. The Christians’ Dos and Don’ts in politics for peaceful nation etc.
Sirs, some organizations had invited me to talk and lecture on some political topics similar to the above e.g.
* The Roles of Pastors in politics @ Pastors’ monthly Fellowship, Itesiwaju Baptist Association. This was done on the 9th of July, 2018.
* The Duties of Christians in Politics @ A Day Seminar of the Bible Society of Nigeria, Iganna Branch, Iwajowa Local Government Area, Oyo State, 2022.
* Newness in Contemporary Christians’ Politics @ the Education Clinic, Oke-Ogun Baptist Conference Centre, Ago-Are, Oke-Ogun Area, Oyo State, 2023.
* Awon Ipe Olorun fun wa lati Dari @ Ipade Apero Awon Asiwaju 2025, Men Missionary Union, Itesiwaju Baptist Association, 2025.
Sirs, by the grace of God, I was also opportuned to publish a Text, Titled:- POLITICS AS AN ORDAINED MINISTRY – BIBLICAL LENS. The Text was published @ Isale-Igbagbo Baptist Church, Ayetoro-Oke in January, 2023.
So, if a Church of any Denomination, Christian groups of any Denomination e. g. MMU, WMU, Youths, etc, Joint Christian bodies like Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Christian Council of Nigeria (CCN), Pentecostal Fellowship Of Nigeria ( PFN ) etc is led by the Holy Spirit to encourage her members by stirring them up to participate in politics for the purpose of good governance and godly National Development of our country, this letter is sent to you to dialogue over its contents for the purpose of positive change of our society for better.
Sirs, to the glory of God, I am available to come and deliver biblical lectures on any topic that has to do with politics for the welfare of our nation’s citizens.
It is well with the Christendom!
It is well with our country Nigeria!
It is well with all of us.
Yours in the Lord Jesus Christ,
Pastor N. ‘Seun Adedokun
